5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Virella is not responsible for these additional charges. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence.
